Here is like there
and there is like here
but I'd rather be there.
What? Something that came to mind while I was kayaking. Each turn in the riverbend (I was singing Just Around The River Bend) was exactly the same as the last. Jon was loligaging behind me, catching crabs. I wanted to to go go go even though there was the same as here in the marsh.

How Many Weeks?
How many weeks has it been since I promised to post? Well... I finished my theater camp. What can I say, I am so vey hard on my friends. Actually, I'm not. I just wanted to say that because it was in a book I just finished.
Anyways. This time I won't promise to post. I'll try.
Theater - the best part of summer. I love those people at RLT. Jacob and Cameron did an amazig job as Hare and Tourtis. I watched Harper while we were on stage together, her faces are so cute and funny. She is a perfect Bunny. Melissa/Miley was so high class.
My buddy Angie put Mrs. Dark, the rook on a level no one else was expecting, or would be able to pull off themselves. I'm sure it showed, Katlyn was beyond commited to her character, The water rat. She was married to him! She would always be backstage getting into the right mindset well before we needed to be. Trina, the Badge, shined, she smoothed by every stumble we had, and helped us pick it up. And Lauren, out Puppy, you rascal. I can't say I wasn't expecting your talent. She radiates the signs of a good actress.
I can only hope I matched their levels. And although people say I did amazing, is that them just saying? Or did I really do amazing? Sometimes I felt like Mrs. Linda, our dirrecter, didn't see what she wanted. Was I really good? If only we got a fries for the whole show from
the newspapers.
Well, talk later. G. Night (it's 1 am while I type this.)

This One if for Erin
Wow, it has been a long time since I last posted. Why? Because no one was commenting. So, maybe if I get a few comments, I'll post some more. But first, let me give you some hints of what I have in store:
Summer camp. Not just any summer camp, my favorite summer camp of all. No, I'm not camping, or climbing Mnt. Everest (I wish). Theatre summer camp. Teens on Stage at Raleigh Little Theater. What could be more fun? Nothing I tell you, nothing! Nine to five everyday, that's longer then I'm at school. But it's all worth while at the end when we put on about a dozen shows. And with theater folks, on top of my already busy schedule, and a boyfriend, well, things aren't going to get boring. But that's mostly the theater peeps.

I am a perfectionist. This means random things bother me. I was talking to my boyfriend about my annoyances, and he found some of them funny, so I decided to share with you:
1. When I’m doing my homework, and I move something. I get super aware that it (say a pencil) is in a new place. After that, no where I move it helps. The only thing I can do is get it out of my sight.
2. Yesterday I was reading in the hallway while babysitting. I was wearing jeans with holes in the knees. The holes started to bother me. I had to put my book over them.
3. When I’m doing something, and I look up and see something, because I know it’s there, it bothers me.
4. When a leaf isn’t symmetrical.
5. When anything whatsoever is out of place.
6. When my bed is kind of made, but the sheets are wrinkled. If my bed is a complete mess, I’m fine.
7. When I leave one thing on the floor in my room. If I leave a lot on the floor it doesn’t bother me.
8. When I’m reading or doing homework and my itouch or computer is left glowing.
9. A dirty itouch screen.

What Happens When She Gets to One?
You know how when you were little, your Mom or Dad would count down from five if you were doing something and they wanted you to stop? What happens when they get to one? Here is what happens for me:
My Mom is usually the one to count down. Most often it was when we were somewhere, a park, school, to pool, and she wanted us to get in the car to leave. It would always start at five, and it rarely ended at zero. When it did, she would turn around and start to leave! James and I usually came running after that. As we grew older, we started to learn her secret, she never would leave us. We delayed longer and longer. She doesn't count down anymore, but there is an invisible shot clock, and she will turn and pretend to leave. Recently she went as far as leaving one of us at school, wondering where she was. She came around the corner a second later, she never really left.
Still, I don't let that invisible shot clock reach zero, because at some point in my life she will determine that it's safe to leave me stranded for half an hour.
Were your parents ever able to get to one? If so what happened?
