Running

I went running a few days ago, and as I was running I was formulating what I was going to say in this post. Of coarse, since then, I have forgotten what exactly I was going to say was. So, here goes nothing:

In the last few weeks I have found out that I love to run. Not on team, not racing, not even running next to other people. I love the steady pace, and the exercise. Most of all I love the quiet, or the sound of music in my ears. Running is a great time to think. If I'm on a treadmill I can watch TV and not feel lazy.
I've been getting better at running too. When I started I couldn't run a few minutes straight. Now I can run over a mile without stopping, which is about seven to ten minutes.

Do you like to run?
